Content & Tag Policy
Rules for character screenshots, respectful publishing, descriptive tags and reporting problems on OH Vault.
Character presets only
Publish Once Human character screenshots and valid Appearance Codes. Use your own work or have permission to share it. Do not impersonate another creator, publish someone’s private information, or use uploads for spam, harassment or hateful content.
Image content
Explicit nudity, pornography, sexual content and sexualized depictions of minors or minor-presenting characters are prohibited. Do not use a character preset or its metadata to promote sexual exploitation. Automated moderation is a safeguard, not a guarantee that every upload is appropriate.
Descriptive tags
Use up to ten distinct tags, each up to thirty characters. Describe style, theme, hair, color or other non-sensitive appearance details. Style names such as Realistic, Anime, Cute, Horror, Fantasy, Cyberpunk and Gothic are standardized. Blank tags are ignored and duplicates are combined.
No age or explicit-content tags
Do not use age labels, age numbers, child/teen/minor descriptors, school-age labels or sexual-content tags. Describe the visual style instead. Common prohibited labels are rejected during publishing and editing; the owner may remove other tags that violate this policy.
Corrections and reports
Use Report preset for copied, inappropriate or otherwise rule-breaking content. Use your available editing controls to correct your own listing. The owner may remove tags or presets, and may review automated decisions. For help, open Need help? on the homepage.
